Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 2 business days’ notice (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM, excluding public holidays).

  • Two business days notice: If you give 2 business days’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a small deposit to secure your next appointment:
    • $50 for a consult, hygiene, or review appointment
    • $100 for a treatment appointment
  • Less than two business days notice: If you cancel or reschedule the day before or on the day of your appointment (or don’t show up), you’ll need to pay 50% of your appointment cost as a deposit to secure your next appointment. You will not be charged a cancellation fee.
  • What happens to your deposit?
    • If you’ve already paid a deposit, you can still reschedule with at least 2 business days’ notice without losing it.
    • If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 2 business days’ notice, your deposit will be lost

Please note that deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where an overpayment has occurred due to insurance or Medicare rebates.
